A little about what TAL is:
TAL is a site for RPing. The definition of Roleplay is "To assume the attitudes, actions, and discourse of another object." A Role-Play on TAL starts as a thread created by one person. Another member, or multiple members, will join the thread using his or her own character.

I'm still here... do you want to do a RP or something to help get the site active again? I want to be on more, but no one's been posting here except Eldiara and I in April, so I was under the impression the site died.

I'm here. I'm a bit new, but I intend to be active on the site if we can get it back up. I have already made an RP, called Lost in Du Weldenvarden. If any of you wish to join, I'd be happy to RP with you guys.

What the site needs at this point, is a new skin, and then you would need to clean out the boards, and pretty much start over. Delete all old, inactive users, and move all dead threads to the archive. Once you fix everything up, you would need to advertise. Most have heard of TAL, and maybe if they see it active, they may consider joining. Or old users might see activity on the board, and become active.

I'd be willing to help perhaps. Though the only problem is Magic is the only one really with the power to do all of that.

If you are to get the site running again, you will need a plan, and a crew of people willing to put the time and effort into jump-starting the roleplay. I could try getting Vordo back, though I haven't heard from him in awhile now, as the site I made ended up dying after a month sadly.

It's a lot of hard work and will take awhile if we're going to do it, but I'll help in any way I can; you might want to keep me away from hardcore tech stuff, but if there's anything I can do with RPing or keeping the site active I'm more than willing to do it. :)

Oh, Eldiara, I'm sorry to hear Lerilia died; it looked like a really nice site with a good plot.

i could help with pretty much anything, ive studied alot of admin functions on proboards and i think ive got it down. My site is still barely hanging on but the 4 active members (:P) are doing great. id help if i was mod

I understand codes, and I can code a little bit, though not much. I'm better at making skins, and graphics though, but not amazing. serenitydreamsx.proboards50.com/index.cgi? its some skin I'm designing and playing around with, and the forum itself is something I've had in development for awhile, though I'm not opening it, or even thinking of doing much to it until school ends.

I would gladly help with the sight. Can anyone contact Magic?

No, I don't have the foggiest idea of how to get in touch with him unless he still responds to PMs (unlikely); is there anything we can do that doesn't need him or does anyone else know how to reach him?

Meh, not really I think. I'm gonna go check and see if his account has an email address that we perhaps can contact. And you are right, I highly doubt he would answer his private messages.

Edit: I sent him a private message on Werecat. Hopefully he will receive it. I think he may be on that forum occasionally. Cross your fingers.

Sorry about the private message on werecat then Magic, and thank you ^__^. Elana and Vanyali, do you want to set perhaps, a date when we can maybe chat on the site? So we can all for once, be on at the same time? We could get pretty far along, and could decide what we want to do exactly and form a plan.
